When I am buying something on-line, I don't want pop-up ads trying to sell me other products. I know what I want and I just want to buy them and move on to other things I need to do. When I am asked if I want to schedule automatic deliveries, I don't mind saying no once, but being asked a second time "if I am really sure, last chance" is really annoying. I don't want to have to say the same thing twice every time I check out. Because of these selling techniques, unless I am getting a really great price, I choose other vendors that let me find what I want and check out with minimal hassle.

The door busters items were disappointing. I thought I was getting a super deal on a great item, but it the items were very small. The bully sticks had no label on them to identify product, company or where they were made, so I won't be giving them to my pet. I was not overly impressed with my first order with Petflow.

The first time I ordered from PetFlow, the bully sticks were individually wrapped, and then sealed in a nice ziplock type bag. The next 2 times, the bully sticks were sent in a sealed bag, (not resealable). This would be ok except that they smell awful; I would immediately take them out of that and put in a ziplock type bag, (both to keep them fresh and keep the smell from permeating my house.) The box I received yesterday was a mess. It was a HUGE box, (way bigger than necessary), and everything was thrown in. Each bully stick, (all 20), had a label on it, but nothing else. No wrapping, nothing, and they were thrown around that huge box. (It's a very good thing that the delivery man didn't get attacked by all the neighborhood dogs with the bully stick smell emanating from that box!) At any rate, the packaging has gone from great to pretty much awful in the course of maybe 6 months or so.

the food i buy is 5 bucks more on the site than at my local (and independent) pet supply store. i'm not sure it's worth the delivery (which i don't consider free, given the extra $5) when i feel kind of crummy not supporting the local guy.

While it's convenient to have my orders delivered, it took way too long for them to reach my house. Part of the advantage of ordering online includes not having to go to the store for my products. It defeats the purpose if I end up having to do that anyway, just because my orders hadn't yet arrived. I would hate to think this is connected in any way to their over-zealous push to persuade people of setting up automated deliveries. If it continues, I'll just have to drive my lazy self to the pet store.

My first order went smoothly, no hassles or hang ups, products arrived as scheduled so I placed a second order and...some how it was lost or some such thing (and this was discovered on my end after checking tracking number and not finding anything) so I am waiting and probably wont receive my order for 2 weeks. It was for Bully Sticks so it was time sensitive because if I don't have them I will need to go and purchase some from the local pet store so my furniture can stay in an acceptable state. I will order again though because I understand mistakes do happen and it is convenient to shop online.

The wrong size bowls were delivered and my dogs will not use them. However, they are well made.

Not much to really say. Prices and products are the same as other places.
