I love your company...your selection for goods ... your polite service folks and your prompt delivery system. My one wish is that you could personalize items that are being shipped. This is not the first time I've used your company to send gifts around the country. You must find a way to be able to send a card/note to the addressee, as to whom the gift box is from. All the times they have received the box, there is no way to identify who the goodies are from. AKC has "Bark Boxes" that are able to be shipped to anyone as gifts...You all should look into this, as it really is a great way to market and expand your horizons. Thanks for listening!!!

I like that I can order and get it within 7 days. The price is good when you can order 50.00 dollars of pet food. Then you can get free shipping, too.

i have needed to change items in my auto-ship order, and have had trouble taking items off of the order. There should be a discard item/add item button.

Other than having to wait awhile for my order to go through it worked just fine. The price was lower than the vet wanted on the same food.

my dogs are toy breeds. not a lot for them here. what ever I have purchased from this site has been a good deal.

I'm happy to order canned dog food from PetFlow, as I have a very special, pampered Standard poodle, and I can order specialty dog food that I can't get at the local pet supply stores. With that said, I wish PetFlow would pack the cans such that they don't roll around in the box and DENT. I still open the dented cans and feed the food to my dog; but I'd prefer that they not be dented!

I love the fact I don't have to worry about going to the store for dog food. It's delivered right to my door step. My only complaint is if you make a purchase and make it so you get automatic delivery you have to call them to cancel it.

The filtering options aren't as accurate, few glitches with the site. Hard to beige on mobile. But very fast shipping!
