I honestly only order because the price of the food I feed is reasonable and the shipping time is fast, otherwise I would not order from Petflow. They send me daily emails with coupon codes, and I cannot use a single one of them on my brand of food. I also cannot get the auto ship discount for my food.

I was charged $20 more than my invoice stated. When I called and asked about it I was told I was charged correctly and they couldn't understand why my invoice said less. He asked me to forward my invoice and they would look into it. Never heard anything back. Once they have your $ they aren't interested in fixing problems. Poor customer service!

Had to call to find out Rx denied and just about ran out of food. My vet said they must have ignored call since they'd never heard of this company. Would have thought they'd msg me, letting me know the status. Disappointed.

They took my order quickly and was very nice. I was told that I would receive my order in two days, that didn't happen it too like five days before I received my order. I was quoted one price but charged more.

Ordered the bags two weeks ago and are still waiting for delivery.One facility was out if it and so we were told that they had shipped it from one of their other facilities location unknown but could well have been Timbuktu ! We were going to take the smaller bags on a trip to save some space in the car .

Not good..order still hasn't arrived and you send a form to review? Will not be ordering from PetFlow again!

Worse service on earth. Have never had such bad experience before.
