I bought from Pet Flow twice and both times very satisfied with my purchases. The only thing I was disappointed with was the discount I was told I had $8.00 on my next purchase, then of course you had to order another $39 to get it. If you are going to give a returning customer a discount , good business would be not to make them have to buy a certain amount to use it. I will come back more often if that would have been the case. I had already spent $80 for two visits, another $39 was too much especially at Christmas time.

WOW, the product is good, but the shipping is out the roof!!!

I ordered a Pet T Shirt, Which was very nice but received an email saying that my package was not delivered, I don't recall what day that was i am in the process of looking through my email's, Also no notice from Fed-Ex was on my door i left "Trevor" an email at Petflow and he helped on this. I hope in the near future this will be resolved with the shipping issues, I bought the Doggy T-Shirt for a good friend & was concerned it would be here for his Christmas Present which it was. I will be placing another order in the near future.

Rope pull toy broke the first day, The lion with a bunch of squeakers, 4 squeakers are dead and the dog tore 1 leg off already, the ball and rope are still alive, They loved the duck treat . Jack Russel & Pittbull

I am a loyal customer of this company. The deals are excellent - both in price and product. The only thing I wish they would improve upon is the delivery of shipments that are scheduled to arrive on a regular basis. They often come much later than they are supposed to - and, recently, had I not signed in to my account to find out why one shipment was taking so long to arrive, I would not have found out that the hold up was an apparent "back order" status of the order. Pausing my regular shipment schedule, I placed a new order for all of the items and received them in just a couple of days (no special "rush order" for them or anything). It seems as though new, "one-time" orders ship much faster and more reliably. Other than that issue, all other aspects of this company are laudable.

When I got my bag of dog food there was a hole in the box, which meant a hole in the dog food bag. I don't know how much was lost out of the bag, but I am sure it was just one of those things that happen. So I'll see how my next order goes.

I purchased some Pork Pizzles for my puppy. i had brought them before and they seemed to be perfect for her but this time when I received them, they seemed to be all ligament instead of meat. My puppy was able to eat them last time, this time all she can do is chew on them until they become nasty and get thrown away. Wonder why the change?
