Received a second order of Canine Caviar braided bully sticks due to the fact that my first order of a case of 50 was quite a bit short on quantity. Trixie, my English bulldog loves these for some reason, and believe me they're not cheap. Anyway, I was home when the new shipment arrived and brought it in and set it on my kitchen counter. I opened the shipping box with my box cutter and went to put my cutter away in the basement. But before I could get back up the stairs my wife started screaming. Whats wrong I immediately asked. And all she had to do was point. Because little black bugs were crawling out of the shipping box and in to my kitchen. I immediately picked up the box and brought it outside on my patio. Upon further investigation these black bugs were not only in the shipping box but they were crawling everywhere inside the box my bully sticks came in. I am not a bug expert but these were not ants. You could visibly see the legs on these black critters. Now should we talk about an UNACCEPTABLE experience! This goes above and beyond as far as I am concerned. And you expect me to give these treats to a dog I love? The more I think about it the more irate I get. So needless to say the bully sticks went to the garbage can instead of my dog and PetFlow will never see one more penny of my money.

I went to your site for the first time looking for Christmas gifts for my cats. Most of your items were out of Stock! I finally found some items and was excited there was a 5 dollar off coupon. I placed my order, and only then did you mention I could only use the coupon if I spent 50 dollars! No thanks. I ordered my gifts, and they still haven't arrived. No Christmas gifts for Minx and MiuMiu I am very dissatisfied with your website.

I ordered my dogs prescription on Dec 12th. Thought I was safe, since my dogs allergy medication didn't run out until the 22nd. I still don't have my medication, and it's saying it won't arrive until Dec 27th. Just a heads up for anyone ordering a prescription, make sure you have a month supply before ordering! The customer service reps online and on the phone are very nice, but the service was awful. Unfortunately I still don't have my prescription, so that's all I can review.

I have no complaint about my order but I am not crazy about them charging me for a program I didn't want and NOT immediately crediting me for this mischarge.It took only a moment for them to CHARGE me but I'm to understand it takes over a week for them to refund an error charge??

I really dislike the fact, REALLY REALLY, that I have to call you to get what I wanted done. I should be able to change my preferences online, and not have to deal with sales pitches. Right now I have an email from Ami, saying to call, but if she looked at the account she would see that I have called and that the auto shipping was cancelled, No one was rude and there was no unacceptable conduct except your marketing plan. I am an existing customer, although I am thinking of changing that. I do not need to be sold more things and take time to do it I really cannot express how irritated I am with you right now. And yes am probably a grumpy old man but i am still irritated

Had a very bad experience' order a prescribe food from royal canin a order that was supposed to be process in 24 hrs i took them 3 weeks to tell me the order was delay😡

Received wrong order. When I called to have it corrected, just felt pretty brushed off no big deal. Which, to my dog it is a big deal. She has a specific diet I have to stick with, or she ends up very sick for weeks. I was told replacement would be here by Wednesday, ended up being Thursday. On top of that, had to order another food to try and help with the sensitivity. Plus meds to help her stomach recoup. No refund was offered or anything, and being a loyal customer for three years now spending $200 a month. Feel like customer service just isn't the best.
