Easy ordering and shipped much quiler than anticipated.

I use Petflow to purchase all of my dog food for our dog. Their prices and free shipping make it an easy choice. I've never had an issue with quality or needed to return anything. The site is a little difficult to navigate, especially when trying to modify a recurring order's contents. I had to change from puppy food to adult and it was not easy to do. Also, the recurring option Is a good one, but if you need to cancel, you have to call them rather than the site giving you an option to cancel online. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Petflow.

When I order dog food I also order treats for my dog. When the treats are packed they are stacked on top of each other, due to the weight of the dog food the treats are crushed. I believe if the treats were wrapped and placed in the corners of the box they might fair better.

I was happy with the items I ordered. I thought the prices were good. The only thing I was disappointed in was the little stuffed skunk. My dog does play with it but I thought it was cheaply made.

I found some sales on cat treats & quickly added them to my order. What a great way to add a little to get to your shipping amount goal (I needed to purchase $15 in order to get free shipping). The only problem I've had with Petflow is that they asked me to add a review for the pet bed I ordered. I did post a nice review along with a picture, and my review/pic still hasn't posted on their website. I finally gave up looking for my review almost a year later!

Petflow had a good price on 4 cases of Natural Balance Duck & Potato canned food and the shipping was fast. When I received the package, one corner of the box was slightly damaged. Inside, part of one case was damaged. Some of the cans were squashed and bent and others were just squashed. The cans are still usable, but it will be difficult to get the contents out of them. I would have given Petflow 5 stars if it wasn't for this shipping damage.

Items shipped promptly and arrived when expected. The price is a little higher that the store but the store was sold out. I have since learned the items I ordered have been discontinued by manufacturer so I probably am not a repeat customer.
