I am having problems, however, with my female chi-weenie (chihuahua/Dachshund mix). She seems to have contracted a bladder issue. I don't know at this point if it is because of the Blue Buffalo food or if it is from some milk I have given her. At this point in time, my decision about the Blue Buffalo food and it's health for the rest of my dog family is undecided. I am going to continue to use it until my veterinarian gives me a n opinion on what is wrong with my female chi-weenie. My other dogs love to eat it, and eat it more than the previous food they were eating, Thank you.

Found some problems with discounts being applied. Then I wrote to Petflow and they still gave me the wrong discount. So not very pleased with their attention to detail.

I appreciate the Petflow services, use them every month, and signed up for the AUTOSHIP discount they promised -- but NEVER got the discount! many times I can get the products locally at a much better price, which is supposed to be offset by autoship discounts and free shipping offers - so far it has not!

I give you a THREE .. just because you have spammed me to death since I made the purchase. A monthly newsletter or sale brochure is fine, but mails almost every day? Really? I am on automatic order, and I know your website ... STOP sending all the e-mails!!

Petflow has been a great place to order my dog's food, treats etc. from. Because of my satisfaction with their service and prices I decided to try the spoiled rotten program. I was VERY disappointed! This box cost me $25.00 after I used a special $5.00 coupon. The contents in the box added up to $12.00- all of which were available on sale from their website. I could have had twice the items for this price. I should have sent it back but I will just call it a lesson learned. No more unseen purchases! I thought it would be a fun experience-Not SO!

I must admit that I didn't like having to place a minimum order (~$17), since I only wanted two small items that a friend pointed out were on incredible markdown (a total of about $2), I was able to scrounge around the site and found another $15 of items that I didn't really need, or want, to reach the minimum amount so I could get the two "deal of the day" items. With that in mind, I probably won't order again, but otherwise the experience was fine. Items were as advertised, shipping time was adequate.

Ordered bully sticks, regular and braided. Great price. My dog usually loves them - jumps 3 feet in air for them...until now. Does not like these from PetFlow. She tried them, and left them on the ground. Usually can't even find them after a day. I was so hopeful, and was so disappointed. Shipping was great. Ordering was fine. Bully sticks - not quite.

great idea - my cat is super old so i haven't signed up for the auto-renew. However, last time i ordered they shipped my 2x the quantity and sent an email after it was delivered saying "oops, we sent you two orders, you can either ship one back to us or we'll knock 10% off the order..." well, the 8 bags of cat litter and 4 cases of food were really heavy to try to wrangle to the post office (esp without a car) and difficult to store in my small city apartment... so that kinda sucked. eventually ran out - so i ordered more... one of the bags of cat litter was punctured and leaked all over the box... ok not really their fault, still sucks. i can't get this litter anywhere else. this most recent order only the food arrived... no acknowledgement of where litter is... just saw this email and checked the tracking. shows it was damaged on route and being returned to shipper - again, not necessarily their fault, but am wondering what's going to happen - any proactive reshipment or refund... just a repeatedly unfortunate experience now...
