Rude customer service

Never had to wait so long

Too many excuses for slow shipment, the last time they said we still don't have authorization from your veterinarian, I had actually watched my veterinarian fax it over for the second time an hour previously. Not worth the money savings

An email a day is way to often.

Honestly, the only reason I choose one merchant over another when purchasing pet food, which is a product that one buys in bulk, is value. While there is no competition in online versus brick and mortar stores, of the online vendors, so many of them have you jump through hoops just to get a deal. Usually I have been able to do so with PetFlow, but not this time, and I don't know if I want to bother in future times. If anyone who cares is reading this, please, just be the lowest price compared to everyone else. That's what will make me pick you.

It took five full days for my delivery to arrive as op[posed to the 48 hours promised

If you need a prescription from your Vet to buy your cat/dog food, they are so disorganized, it is a nightmare to get things straight so you can get the food shipped. Avoid unless you have time to make a dozen calls and talk to 5 reps on "Live Chat" on their website. Even then problem never solved.

I needed prescription food fast and had been dealing with chewy, but they messed up an order and so wanted to try petflow. Most other places allowed me to email the prescription to them, but petflow has some damn clearing house for the prescription and after several days of no notice of shipment, I called and was told I have to call the "clearing house" to find out why food was not sent. They stated that THEIR requirements were such and such and the hospital I was dealing with and their requirements were apparently at odds. Since the hospital worked with my vet and also chewy and others...I put the blame on petflow....I went back to chewy and got even faster service than previous orders....
