You know, I understand that discounts and offers get people to buy. I do. But when I find a deal, like the one I thought I was using when I started with PetFlow, I expect to actually see the results. The deal I reference was a $15 off with free shipping for signing up for their autoship. Ok. Done. Actual discount? $4.15. Hmmmm... so, where is the other $10.85? Is it coming on future orders? I don't know. It's not spelled out anywhere. But OK, I move on with my life. So on their FB page, last week, I saw a $12 discount plus free shipping with autoship sign up. Hmmmm.... And then today, in my email inbox, since I now am a subscriber to PetFlow through purchasing with them, I have an invitation for 40% off plus free shipping for signing up with autoship. Hey! At first I just wanted my $15, then I would have been happy with $12, but now it's $33 I'm missing out on?? (really expensive food - not a fan of food allergies, let me tell you...) Now granted, the rate for a single order is the same price as my vet's office. And I get it shipped to my door, which means I don't have to call my vet to order it, drive there and pick it up myself; it just magically shows up for no additional charge. And that's great! I would be an ongoing customer for that. But I don't like feeling like I've had a fast one pulled on me. Or that if I had just waited two weeks, I would have saved $30. When you're talking about $83 per month for dog food, $30 sounds really good... I'm just disappointed at yet another moment of online buyers remorse. Oh, and I asked about this issue in my orders email survey and still haven't heard back. So, in the battle between customer service vs. customer acquisition, I guess I know where PetFlow lands.

My dog wouldn't eat the bison jerky treats and they smelled really bad. I had to toss them. Not sure I will order again. Sorry.

We shouldn't have to call to cancel the auto program. I won't sign up again.

I like having the Fed Ex guy carry my pet supplies up the stairs. There is savings, price was the same as local big box stores. Now that you are starting with the "sales", prices will be higher to cover the deception. Might be nice to save a bit, but whatever -- extend the "sale" long enough for me to take advantage of it. The woof woof garbage is annoying. The ever X weeks is a problem because the date quickly becomes unusable. I still have 2 bags of food the cats would not eat. The emails are extremely excessive. I do not need any emails.

Have NOT received my order and I don't know why!

I was not happy with the fact that I placed an order, you said it was packed and was in shipping. Then I get an email saying you had refunded my money for part of my order that was out of stock. You should know what you have in stock and not allow any to be purchased when you don't have any. I would have preferred to wait for the out of stock items than to have had the refund, but no, you didn't give me a choice. Being in retail, you always do all you can to please your customer. You blew it big time. I'm not sure I'd order from you again.

Shipping is no where near as fast as they suggest. Expect a minimum of 1 week. Make sure to order things sooner than you think you'll need them. Packages often come with rips in them. The only reason I still use them is their extremely reasonable prices. Otherwise I'm not impressed...
