You sent my order promptly, but apparently you think that one order gives you permission to load my email inbox with stupid and unwanted emails. Please take me off your email list. Also, I found that your dog food was probably more expensive than my local pet store, with postage added. I cannot buy huge amounts at one time to save postage as I am elderly and cannot lift heavy bags. So,I will probably not order from you again.

Product was great. But very slow shipping.

This is the second time I ordered and was disappointed in the quality of product this past order. The 6 inch bully sticks were so small and skinny compared to my first delivery. The pork pizzles were not all consistent in size--some were so thin and skimpy, some were great. I also didn't like how the products were just thrown in a box with paper. The items that are not seal wrapped already should at least be placed in a ziplock bag prior to going in the box. Otherwise, prices for treats are good. The only way I would order again is if the products were a good size like my first delivery.

The selection of higher quality pet foods is good. If our household has a beef with PetFlow and other online pet food retailers, it is that PetFlow makes their AutoShip Program sound wonderful by extending customers a reduced price in exchange for a guaranteed sale and profit; however, they refuse to extend active free shipping offers (coupons or promo codes) at the time qualifying orders are placed. Hmmm. Let me understand. PetFlow is guaranteed sales and profit and for customers willing to obligate themselves to future expenditures, they are already savings enough that they shouldn't qualify for what other customers qualify for in the way of a volume order. If you want to encourage customers to follow through with their future AutoShip orders, allow AutoShip Program participants to qualify for those offers on orders that otherwise qualify by dollar value and weight limitations. Instead of the sales or marketing ploys, customers should instead consider locating a small business pet shop owner that will match prices with PetFlow and their competitors. This way there is no shell game of discounts. Just a flat rate per oz, pound, or case price with sales tax as sales tax is coming to all Internet ordering. Note: Our household of four felines has cancelled more potential orders with PetFlow and other online pet food retailers than we have taken delivery off for these very issues.

The products on petflow can be found elsewhere for lower prices. Shipping takes a very long time. Bark box is hit or miss, think I might cancel it.

I was happy with the expeditious delivery, but was a little shocked to see the age of the food. Usually, the canned kitten food (same brand as and flavor purchased through Petflow) I purchase from a store has a two year + expiry date. However, the cans I received from Petflow were within eight months of expiry. As if sensing the age of the food or knowing something was not quite right, my cat shied away from some of the cans that were in the cases I purchased.

I love the variety of products, I love that convenience of home delivery, however, why is PetSmart cheaper? Times are tough. Not sure if I will place another order anytime soon.
