When your pet needs Rx food, it can sometimes be challenging. Each of the customer service reps did a great job with understanding my needs and doing what they could to help with my pet's food order.

We have been ordering cat food and litter from Petflow.com for about 2 years. In general I would say that the service has been great. The food/litter shows up on time and is generally in good condition, although recently we got a shipment of cat food that has been damaged either before it left Petflow or by fed ex. Only two cans were compromised, but just about every can was dented. The last order was OK. What I don't like is their incessant attempts to have use set up and auto delivery schedule. I am old enough to have been in "book clubs" and "record clubs" and ended up with books and records I didn't want because I failed to cancel the automatic order. Frankly, I consider thus continual harangue to get me to auto-ship as harassment. I hate it SO much that if I could find an alternative that was as efficient at delivery as Petflow, I would switch (I did try doggiefood.com and found there delivery of food taking far too long and had some packing issues as well). So if I was allowed 3 1/2 stars that would be my rating based on my intense dislike of this incessant badgering me about auto-shipment. If they would stop that aspect (or give me a way on the website in my preferences to say, stop badgering me), I would gladly give them 5 starts

Love this site. The prices are comparable to what I can get in the store, but I don't have to make a special trip to the pet supply store because the food is delivered to my doorstep for FREE!. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 star is because my last bag of food had been punctured in transit.

I ordered what I wanted, it was delivered timely and in good condition. What more can I ask for? -- Well maybe a lower price. Price discounts are a little misleading. My purchase didn't qualify for the highest discount, despite being over the price threshold.

Great turnaround time as usual. My only disappointment was that the Think!Alligator products were not available.

Very pleased so far , quick delivery , set up repeat deliveries , I like that you can cancel this anytime . Love having it delivered to my door ! 🐶🐶

Purchase our puppy food toys and treats at Petflow. Always a good experience. Sales are good and happen frequently.
