Customer service is terrible. I placed an order for over $100 and was emailed 2 days later and was told they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order due to their fraud prevention and that they wouldn't be able to do any future business with me. Mind you... I used my regular debit card and home shipping address. When I called and spoke with them they couldn't give me a clear reason as to why they couldn't ship the product I ordered. Then, after taking myself off of their email list I am still receiving 3 a day. Terrible company. I would rather pay full price at the store than deal with these people.

My order never showed up. The tracking number wasn't valid. When I called, the representative said the order had been "lost" and offered to send me a replacement "free of charge." Free of charge?! I already paid for something I didn't get! That isn't the best customer service I've ever had.

I ordered K&H Pet Products HEATED Olive Extra Wide Outdoor Kitty House. 3 times, yes 3 times they delivered the wrong UNHEATED version. The first time I called and reported the problem, the operator actually told me it was shipped from a third party warehouse and there was no guarantee the correct product would be sent. WHAT?? SERIOUSLY?? I suggested she check on the warehouse they were using because it represented Petflow.. Obviously they didnt, because FEDEX just picked up the 2nd, wrong product and delivered the third yes, third UNHEATED product. I am done. I cancelled and ordered the same HEATED house from Chewy. It was cheaper and correct.

You told me you wouldn't ship AUTO-SHIP without asking my permission, but last week you did just that, just a week after I had made another purchase from you. I'm done with it! Ray Polik

I purchased dog and cat food from Petflow for a few months. The last bag of food I purchased my dog was allergic to. The bag of Zignature said to return to the retailer for a full refund. When I contacted customer service they told me they couldn't offer a refund because it was opened. I replied to the email to let them know what the bag said regarding guarantee, and they offered me a 50% credit. I didn't agree wit that and was finally offered a full refund, but I don't believe it was actually the full price of the food (but close). When I went to use the credit I saw a coupon code for free treats. When I applied the code in the cart it deducted $10, but after my card was charged I noticed the $10 didn't come off the total. I emailed customer service and they said the treats weren't eligible for the coupon code. It's definitely false advertisement and fraud to have the coupon code applied, but after you order it to find out it didn't apply. Petflow has by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced!

Order acknowledged promptly with estimated delivery date but nothing to base that on. I don't know where it's coming from or who will deliver. The link provided for "tracking" gives no information. Then 24 hours later no updated information, still just estimated date. I have no clue whether that's accurate or not. It's now 24 hours before estimated date. Then partial delivery on estimated date. Now "tracking" shows spent 24 hours in Chicago. Freezing day here on delivery date so I have to bundle up and go all the way outside to unpack and get inside. Where is rest of order? Why no communication on partial delivery? Now I find it's FedEx and they've marked that it was left at front door, which they actually didn't. Good thing, too. I would not have been able to get it from front porch at all. So I leave a message at PetFlow because no way to chat and get someone to figure out what went wrong. Several hours later rest of delivery comes. Once again marked "left at front door" but it's again not (fortunately) and once again I have to bundle up to go outside to unpack and bring in. This is when I notice there is "dust" on the bottom of food bag. I run my finger through it and see it is actually dirt, black and gritty. How is it acceptable to store food in a filthy warehouse? Now I've brought the dirt into my home also. No way to empty bag without making a mess either. Get a response from PetFlow about delivery snafu (too late to do any good) and I'm told if I'd have gone to FedEx's website to track I would have had better information. Remember I did not know who was shipping so could not have guessed to go to FedEx to check and used the very link they sent me to "track". Just unacceptable service all the way around. Can't see how it could have been worse.

I have two large expensive prescription bags of food my cat now cannot eat due to test results and Petflow won't take them back or credit my account so I can get the new prescription food. I even offered a letter from my vet confirming the results. Hills Science diet states their food is guaranteed by retailers that sell it but Petflow said no. Not very good customer service for sure!!!!

I ordered items early in the week expecting to get the 2 day delivery. I did not receive my items until 5 days later. When I complained about this customer service did nothing to remedy the situation or offer future discounts.
