I always very pleased with your service and the delivery of products happily arrive well before expected! Only problem with this package was the treat bag was open and ruined some of the other products. Needs better packaging and medicines should always be wrapped more secure. Can you guys please not leave the names of the products on packaging? Other than that I strongly recommend petflow for all future purchases. Doing a great job

Great shipping. Great food. I was disappointed by the petflow brand bully sticks. We normally buy ours through best bully sticks, but decided to try out petflow. Best bullies are a little more expensive, but much thicker and better in quality. The petflow brand bully sticks are comparable to the ones I'd get in a big box store.

I have many animals and use this site probably bi-weekly to get delivered to my door bags of pet food that I would have to lug from the store back to my house without it. The orders come quite quickly, they accept pay pal, the firm is honest if there is a mistake made, they rectify it immediately. I have been a true customer for quite a long time and expect to be in the upcoming years. I would recommend this company above all others. By the way, they are cheaper than many of the others.

As readers can probably tell from the title of my review, I have had far less satisfactory experiences with other online fulfillment companies. My order from PetFlow.com was quite heavy, but the package was well-sealed and arrived undamaged. On account of its weight I would have preferred the contents to have been sent separately-- as it was, I had to open the box on my porch because I couldn't get it inside. I've set up an automatic reorder for my items, since this is much more convenient than having to struggle them home from the store.

Fast deliver, the website server is probably an "old dog/war machine" ,because it's a little slow , but I get what I want. The costumer service response is fast & easy . Thank You! Got My Kitty Some Frixx!!!

Would like to be able t get consistent discount, not have to wait for "coupons" to arrive. 7% off on autoship is a joke.

Great experience on the webpage and the food was great for my pets. I would have given 5 stars but the order took much longer to arrive than I've experienced with other pet food websites.
