I love the convenience of pet flow..ease of ordering, great prices and fast shipping. However, most of what I want is not instock each month. That would be my reason for not giving five stars.

I would be disowned by my Manx if their Avoderm was not on the menu. Both petstores in my area stopped carrying it. I bought this brand, as it was discounted, and since then, it is the only dry catfood my cats will eat. I don't drive. Where Am I going to get it? First time, [after 3 of my half dozen] felines (all Rescues) went on a food strike. How do you like that for manipulation? Found Wag.com, they cost a bit more, but had 20% off. Got 2 bags. I'm down to the wire; that 2nd bag nearing empty. Found PetFlow., on the web, but it was Saturday. Your regular price for the 11lb. bag was less than the other sites (except I could have gotten 20% off elsewhere. i didn't remember...i was too panicked about having a cat attack. (kidding). Called directly to Customer Service # on website, the Gentleman Operator was helpful, professional, and Accurate. He said it would ship Monday, and SHOULD be at my Door by Wednesday {which is awesomely helpful. i live out in the woods, can't drive...so Delivery was Great}. It Arrived RIGHT ON TIME. I got 3 bags, and my status as 'best owner' is still under review by the 6 that own me, 3 ferals that guilt me out of bed in the morning...To PetFlow---PAWS UP !

My two Goldens eat Eagle Pack wet and dry. This brand is highly rated, much more so recently according to pet food review. This brand is not carried in any pet food stores near me. I order it online, based on best pricing. PetFlow is often my choice. The delivery is quick, food always has a long expiration date, and shipping is free for the amount I purchase. I also receive my order within a few days. I would have given 5 stars if Petflow was consistently the best price online.

On-line ordering very easy. Delivery very fast! Only issue I have is that I like to receive products that will not expire for 6 months - I did not get that.
