I have ordered from Pet flow 3 times now. They have good prices. But at times the cans can be very dented and unusable. I just ordered the 3 oz. cans and they all were fine. Over the winter my ordered got delayed because of the weather but for some reason FedEx and UPS both were able to get to my neighborhood just fine. My order was delayed. I was not happy at all. You will get inundated with emails from Pet Flow as well. I will continue to use Pet flow despite my experience only because we have moved and I no longer live close to the pet store I used. Only for convenience

Love the products, love the convience of getting the items right at my door but all these emails have to stop!! You alone are filling my email in box!

Ordered Antlers which we liked but, for the price they was very small. Compared to the other company we order them where their cheaper and larger. Otherwise we got them when stated and packaged well. We may order from them again depending on the sales.

I was sad to see that my delivery was quoted a week. When I shop at chewys.com took a day. I was running low on dog food and had 4 days until I was out but had to run out to buy some to last until I was supposed to receive my shipment and then the next day I received my product. I wasted money buying dog food because your delivery quoted me 2-3 days online but when i went to tracking it said 7 days. That is a big difference. So, not sure if I will purchase from your company again.

They had a really good deal going on, on top of a good price. Was it worth it in the end? The bags got to our house broken and food all over the box. The box was already stained with the oils from the food, so of course that food was thrown out since you can see it was just sitting in the box for days. We were very disappointed it was not packed better. It had one deflated bubble which was a joke because we ordered 2 of the 24LB bags what was one bubble going to do?. It was just put in a box and shipped. This was one of our concerns with buying dog food online. We thought it would have had the shipping peanuts to soften the blow of the box being thrown around during transport instead of just being put in a box. Of course the bag is going to break that way. We have a camera out side our door so we know the carrier didn't drop the box at our door. They really need a better packing method. I wonder if THEY read these reviews.

I was stunned to open the box of goodies for my dog to see it was crawling with ANTS! Thankfully, I opened the box as soon as I got it home or else they could have been all over my kitchen...yuk! After cleaning up everything, I went back to my postal box (which is outside in a "common" postal box area for my subdivision) and checked there to see if the problem was coming from the postal box...no problem. I called the PO to see if they had any complaints about other customers finding ants in their mailbox and they said they did not. I have to report that the ants were NOT inside the sealed packages...thank goodness...they were just all over the outside of the sealed packages and inside the box, itself. I also have to stress that it was not a few ants...there were hundreds! It was very very yucky! I am giving this review only 3 stars until I see what happens with my next delivery. I will also check other reviews to see if anyone else had this bad experience. I will NOT judge the company on ONE experience. I look forward to buying more great priced, made in USA dog treats from PetFlow. But...I ust thought you'd want to know about this experience.

I purchased treats and toys for my dog and toys for my cat. The dog treats were much smaller than expected. The dog toys, although described as durable and "tough", each lasted about 2-5 minutes. The cat toys were fine.

Ontrac is the worse carrier you could use!!!! Why not give the customer a choice???? I want my fedx back!
