Credit card info stolen. Attempted to cancel my "autoship" online and found that they require you to call. This is very difficult for me as I live in the U.S., and this is obviously a manipulative policy to try and get more money out of customers. Customer service did not even read my complaint. They can obviously cancel but claim it's their "policy" that you have to call to they can try to convince you to stay. What other website refuses to let you cancel automatic charges to your credit card without calling and going through a song-and-dance? They are holding my credit card info hostage to auto-charge it into the future. This is hugely frustrating and I want to warn others to go with companies that don't try to use you because they have terrible marketing "policies."

I bought this $30 bag of food for my dog only to find out she doesn't like it, so when I called to see what they could do for me they said they could do nothing because it was already open, so I am no longer shopping at Petflow. A big company like that should be able to give some kind of credit to a person that spends a lot of money on a bag of food that their dog turns out not to like. I think this is unacceptable. i COULD HAVE SENT IT BACK AND THEY COULD HAVE DONATED IT TO A SHELTER. SHAME ON THEM!

Took too long to ship.

You customer service needs an overhaul! Please don't send me ANY correspondence from now on!

I'm having surgery in a month and was looking for a reliable delivery service for my cats that would take away the worry of having to go out to the pet store for food since I would not be able to drive. I thought I had found the service since they offered 1 day turn around delivery and the variety pack that I was looking for. My first disappointment came when I got an e-mail saying that the food I ordered was out of stock at the local warehouse and a warehouse further away would be sending out the order, but it would mean an additional 2-3 days in shipping. I was OK with that since I had plenty of food to cover the period. Then when the order finally arrived, the canned food was incorrect. I had ordered Merrick Purrfect Bistro Grain Free Morsels in Gravy Canned Cat Food Variety Pack . What I received was the Limited Ingredients Variety pack, which my cats don't like. I called and they were very nice about it and apologized for their mistake and told me they would send out an order immediately. I was told Fed Ex would pick up the order the next day and that happened. I got an email the next day telling me the order was being shipped from a warehouse further away and would take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive. I got a bad feeling about this since that is the same problem with the prior order. Sure enough, when the order finally arrived, it was the wrong order. I was again sent the Limited Ingredients Diet Variety pack. I got on the chat and communicated with their customer service who apologized about the order mixup, but this time said they would send a return label and I would have to drive the package to the nearest FedEx office. Needless to say, I have cancelled my order and will not be recommending PetFlow to any of my friends. There is one part of the order they got right, I got the Pure Vita large bag for a significant discount than at the local pet store, but this in no way makes up of the inconvenience to having to go out and buy food. I am cancelling all future orders with PetFlow.

Had an awful time with the website. Tried many times to get order to go through. Tried to change payment option, that was unsuccessful. I gave up after too much frustration. Customer service contacted me about the abandoned shopping cart. They put the order through but it went through with the wrong credit card. Oh, well. ... I'm done. Products were fine.

Still sent an autoship order after I changed the date to farther out. When I called to have the order stopped and my payment refunded, they told me nothing could be done until it was already shipped and I would not be refunded until product was returned even though this was their mistake.

Evert thing was good!Except,they left it up 5 steps,around front of house.I'm disabled,had A hard time ,getting it down steps. The steps.Then,with A dolly ,got around side of house.
