It does do the job, wrt slowing down eating, but the passages are so small, the dog cant ever get it all, so either you waste food, or have to dump whats left into another bowl anyways.

1. Continual problems with my account falling mysteriously out of the Auto-Program which required me to make calls to Customer Service. 2. Continual problems with Auto-Ship Program not shipping as delineated. 3. Continual problems with Auto-Ship Program shipping wrong item. 4. Continual problems with Auto-Ship Program not obtaining authorization from Vet for prescription food in a timely fashion that required me having to drive to the Vet myself to get food because food did not arrive on time. 5. Never once, with all of these continual problems, have I ever been offered credit for a full purchase to compensate me for my time, effort and aggravation. Only compensation ever provided was credit on shipping charges. This is simply insufficient compensation.

They were supposed to be on sale for 26.99 I see they are not and that's the normal price. Stick are not that nice and the 6"are nicer

I LOVE your products, prices and speak offers but I have been severely impacted and disappointed in the shipping process.

Order was shipped in 3 boxes but only two arrived. I notified PetFlow and was asked to wait to see if the delivery status changed over the next couple of days. I waited four more days and followed up with PetFlow again. They are resending the remaining order. If the delivery issues are resolved, I'll be placing future orders.

I ordered the pet slow feeding bowl and ordered a medium. I was very disappointed with it, it is so small. Way too small for my dog (she is a medium sized dog - about 40 lbs). Don't know if I missed something about the size or what. Since I didn't pay much for it and free shipping, just going to list it on Ebay - with the dimensions in big letters! I also ordered a small bag of food, In the Wild which I am very satisfied with. Overall I am sure it is a good company, shipping was fast and they have a lot of products.

Some of products were made very cheaply. I purchased puppy pads and when the dog uses them one time they go through and get my floor soak n wet. Very cheaply made for price.

The auto-ship service is a great idea, and I appreciate being able to have raw diet foods delivered to my doorstep, especially considering that they're virtually unavailable locally. But the ability to change or add to an existing standing order is dreadful. Often I've wanted to include additional items to the pending shipment, but can't figure out how to do it. I'm quite computer savvy, and do a lot of shopping on line, and this is the most frustrating web site out there from the ordering standpoint. Searching for and finding fun things to order is easy enough, tho'. The shipping seems quite slow, which is why the automatic shipping works well.
