Too Many ads - I can't get PetFlow to stop sending me too many ads. Once a week or less is fine. So, I have quit buying their products until they comply.

Once you start with them, there's no way to cancel. They give you a phone number to call where you leave a call back message, but no one calls back.

Just try to get removed from their emails, you can't. They're worse than the Nigerian email spammers. DONT' DON'T DON'T do business with them unless you enjoy getting 2-3 emails every day. Click on the 'Unsubscribe" link and they tell you that you're removed. Weeks later you're still getting their emails.

The actual pet supply ordering process is pretty good, but the bad side and aggravating part of this is no matter what you set your preferences....they will "brow beat" you to death with email offering this and offering that.....I have a 12 pound Shih Tzu. If I order a 20 pound bag of food, I don't need to get on a monthly auto order and I don't need this discount or that one if I hurry and order in a few days.....GEEZ.... Your inbox will explode with ads....

The product was misrepresented, and cans were dented. Will not order again. The product pictured was not the one sent.

I unsubscribed 3 times however still receive messages from you. Please stop!

Nothing but spam in my email after an order from this place even after opting out of their emails multiple times. I will NEVER order from them again.
