I order Eagle Pack both wet and dry dog foods. I absolutely love the products and the ease created to just walk out my door and the food is there. And the price is reasonable for the service provided. However, I do not recommend automatic shipping. It turned out that one of my dry dog food choices under the Eagle Brand did not agree with one of my dog's digestive tract. It took me three different phone calls and 3 deliveries of products I didn't want and couldn't use before PetFlow.com correctly stopped my automatic shipping. I couldn't use the food and it was too costly to ship back so I donated it to the local dog shelter. But I was so annoyed I almost never returned to the site. But I came back but will never use automated shipping and don't recommend you do it either. It is very inconvenient to have to keep going back to the site when getting low, but it was too costly of a mistake (to me, PetFlow.com made out great) to make again.

I shop around and love to find savings on items I need for my pups! This site had a great selection, good prices and THEN I got a discount! win-win especially where I buy Blue Buffalo and that NEVER goes on sale. I did up my purchase total to get free shipping but again with the discount it was worth it to be stocked for more than a month on food and treats for my pups. I would suggest you give petflow a look; they were quick to ship, plenty of contact (emails) in processing of my order, and it came well packaged.

Wished you offer bulk and more bigger bags than stores. As well as bulk savings and multi discount purchases.

My food came fast. Service was great. So much easier then running to stores. Love it. That's where I will be getting my pet products from now on. Prices very good.

Any chance PetFlow can ship to US territories? I'd give you 5 stars!!

Overall I am very pleased with my order, the timely manner it was delivered, the condition the items were in and the price. We will be returning for sure!

Had a great first purchase. The only issue was that I did not know the items shipped from Las Vegas. Shipping wet food slowly just because its "free shipping", is not acceptable during the summer. Both sides to blame as I did not dig deep enough to figure out where they are.
