They sent me a damaged product and refused to refund the money

You promised delivery in 2 days. It took more than 5 days! The reasons given included weekend days, location in Florida, and order given after 10 am. NONE of those things were mentioned at the time the order was received. Why cant you simply tell the truth about your horrible delivery schedule. Obviously you send the food the cheapest way possible despite misleading promises on the front end, This is called "bait and switch." Myron Fottler Ponce Inlet, Florida

I still don't have the dog food. My vet sent the rx one week ago, my order as placed two weeks ago. I'm going to the pet store tomorrow to buy the food. Royal canine low fat GI.

Ordered cat food and after 11 days has not shipped. I sent 2 emails asking when it would be shipped, and was told twice it would be a couple of days.

I orded the food and had to wait 6 days to get it. If I was relieving on the delivery to feed my dog he would be starved to dead by now. Not cool

You guys send out so much spam emails. I just want to order pet food from you, not get an email every day from you!!!!

Worst company ever! Do not follow up with customers when pet food ordered cannot be sent... I would have given them a minus point if it had been possible. Good luck with this very ineffective and careless company !

Took for ever to receive my oder and I received an extra chew toy that I was charged for which I did not want and to be honest was not happy with the quality. It's difficult to place an order on my phone, I must of gone back 4 to 5 time to stop the recurring oder thing.all in all I doubt I will oder from you again.
