Good customer service

My cat took one sniff of the food and loved it. Contents were fresh. Prompt service.

I would give 5 stars, but on my most recent purchase I was shorted an item. I have ordered from them several times and have had no issues until this most recent shipment. I will continue to order from them.

Company complied with the order as expected. Product received was as described and the price was better than a store purchase.

I ORDERED THE TASTE OF THE WILD!! ARRIVED ON TIME AND CUSTOEMR SERVICE WAS GREAT. WILL REFER AND CONTINUE TO HAVE MY AUTO SHIPS THROUGH THEM.

Finally a sale that included the Royal Canin product (low fat, canned) that my dog must have but it was frustrating that I had to call to get a tracking number. After the order was placed I got no follow up on the shipping until I called. It also took a while to receive the product.

I am impressed with many great products and service. Website was easy to use and shipment came fast. I only found one problem and that was with coupon found in my local paper. It was not dated but also not good for a few days. I just kept trying and waiting for the count down to order. Both my husband and I looked for a date printed, could not be found. I have to rate this site only a 4 out of 5 for that reason.
