I highly recommend Petflow.

My bag of dog food arrived two days after I ordered it. Might have something to do with being so close to the original shipping point (Illinois to Wisconsin), but nonetheless, I received my package very quickly

Always ships on time & gets to me quickly. Only downside was that I ordered 2 bags of soft treats & they came in the same box & got a little squished by the 24lb bag of food I ordered. Other than that, everything was great, and I love that you can use the Google Verified option to basically "insure" your package.

I was set up for automatic schedule of my product but it was scheduled for the month of October even though it was supposed to be four months from April

I only order from PetFlow when I can get free or discounted shipping (dog food is heavy!!) and this last time 2 of the 4 food bags had holes in them. Nothing major but I do wish they were packaged a little better even a thin layer of foam or something would probably prevent that. Otherwise, super fast shipping and really good deals!

Placing the order was fairly easy and delivery time was good. It was necessary for PetFlow to make contact with my vet in order to get the Rx for the special dog food. That was definitely a plus because I didn't have to do any of the vet follow up but found the dog food to be more expensive than I have paid in the past. That is a big negative because the canned wet and dry formulas are expensive to begin with. The cost may keep me from reordering because I can get it on line from another supplier at a lower cost.

it is a convinient way of shopping for my cat. Is easy to navigate the website and shipping speed is convinient. Minus a couple incidents of damaged cans, it had work great for us.

Very prompt and friendly customer service. Wasn't too thrilled to be called and pushed into auto ship, which I did not want to do; but still fast and friendly service.
