I was excited when my first email confirmed that my order was shipped on the 16th, however when I still had not received a tracking number or any additional correspondence by the 22nd I emailed questioning my order. I did receive info that there was a problem with a backorder on one of my purchases. I also received another email with a tracking number on the following day, 23rd and received my order on Saturday the 26th. I am pleased with the product just not the service.

I really like the rug I purchased, just wish I didn't have to call to ask them to ship the item I paid for a week prior. Their prices were good, not exceptional, the customer service person I reached after waiting a week for my tracking number was apologetic but didn't offer to ship other than standard after he told me 'their mistake' , "somehow it didn't ship". I might order from them again, but most merchants that mess up, make a special effort to re-gain your trust. They offered me $4 something off shipping my next order. First I got free shipping on the order I had to wait on, they assume I'll order again. A discount on a future order doesn't make-up for a screw up on this order, they should have expedited & NDA the shipment out to show remorse. getting a $4 shipping discount when you get free shipping is nothing.

Hello! I have several animals, am super busy, and I hate to shop - your perfect customer. But had I known the delivery would have taken a week, I would have looked elsewhere, or hit the stores. But I am almost certain deliveries have been much faster in the past. Perhaps I am thinking of a different delivery service. Could it be that it took so long because I purchased "extras" that I did not need. Is that so? It would be a good thing to know for next time so I could buy strategically. THANKS FOR ASKING

the product was as advertised . the service was good. but i have gotten a email advertisement everyday at least. cluttering up my in box. i did not sign up for that harassment. i will try to get off your list. i know who you are and will contact you if i want anything. please stop the harassment. joy bishop the hydrant

Here goes friend! I like the rugs I got! I do not like they can not be put in dryer! Now the good part, I orders 3 rugs, large, medium and small. I know I ordered one in the tan, or thought I had. So have 3 Maroons. The medium one is not cut straight! It is really off. The other two are pretty good. I would send them back, it is expensive so guess I will just keep them Whoever does the checking of the rugs, need fired!!!! Sincerely a not happy customer, Jo Jordan

The prices are good if you agree to automatic reshipment but canceling it can't be done online. I'm just going to postpone the shipment until I really need it.

They have good price. Not so impressed about shipping speed compare to the first purchase.

the "toy" i ordered was so small, my cat wouldn't even look at it and the food she turned her nose up at. However, she does love the catnip ball. Overall, i did not get my moneys worth. i have ordered in the past and was satisfied.
