My order was for a large bag of Hills i/d dog kibble and a case of i/d canned food, both prescription items. There was a delay in shipping due to coordination difficulties among PetFlow, the shipper VetSource, and my vet's office. I wish PetFlow had started the Rx approval upon receipt of the order, rather than waiting for the shipping date, but with the help of Customer Service all got sorted out and then shipping and delivery went really fast. I received the large box the day after my shipping notification, and everything was in perfect order. And my dog is enjoying the Sweet Potato Chips I added to my order later at a PetFlow prompt.

I like the door busters- keep those coming. There used to be even more. More of those and I would have had five stars. Free shipping codes are great as well...

Great company for delivering my food order on time. The reason for the 4-stars is because it takes time to renew the order by mail instead of fax and I did receive a defective toy which they cheerfully exchanged.

Very good site for our dogs' needs. We buy grain-free only, and this site has wide selection. Easy cart system and checkout.

I bought this for my cat, who has serious digestive issues and a very sensitive stomach. He likes the food and I'm slowly moving him over to it so he's starting to be able to handle it. The great thing about Almo Nature is that it's the only canned food I've encountered that really is all natural... there's nothing else in it but meat and broth, no preservatives or anything else. My cat can't handle any of the other kinds of food on the market and I've tried everything. Thank goodness there's actually this kind of food available.

My packages always come in thin cardboard beat up with contents exposed. They need to improve packaging for these large bags of dog food. Everything else is great.

Our dogs love the treats I get from Petflow and I love the prices!

Ordered items came very quickly but boxes meds were in were very squashed. Perhaps should have been packed in shipping box rather than manila envelope.
