Awesome service easy process.. great product info and fast shipping. Right on time.

Cat food was priced well with discount, shipping was very fast, and I would buy again. However while the package looked ok from the outside, the cans on one corner were badly dented on the top, and they are almost impossible to open from the bottom. While this is frustrating, I have had the same problem with other vendors.

I love the promotions offered by PetFlow but hate that you can only use them once during the promo period. I have two dogs on different foods so I ordered 4 - 28 lb bags of one type, submitted the order then realized later the same day I should have also ordered the other type. When I tried to use the promotion, it said I couldn't use it again. Had I ordered both types at the same time, I could have used the promo on all of them but too bad, you only have one opportunity to get it right. Not a very customer centric philosophy.

But please stop the pressure for automatic delivery!

My problem, which is probably my not knowing how to work the system, is how to change my order without getting a double order.
