The dog bed is great. The delivery time took a little long that expected.

Was very please with the speed of delivery. The price of the product was important to make the addition of shipping worth while.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the service and prices! I order, for my cat, wet and dry veterinary prescription food, they take care of reaching out to the vet for the prescription. This is helpful and saves me time. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that this last batch of wet food looked a little off. It was not as compact as usual but rather a little "loose" and a little darker. I do hope that all is good but I am a bit concerned with the quality. I didn't see an expiration date....It could have been on the outer box that I tossed.

We were satisfied with the ordering process and the shipping. No complaints and we will continue to use them for our canine purchases.

Due to the fact, I spend five hundred dollars a month on food for my Boxer PetFlow no longer will "Ship Free" even with large orders. The shipping charges for several cases of canned food is what has directed me to order from other sites.

So far, my online shopping experiences have been positive with Petflow. The prices are comparable. The delivery service is fast. Also like their email communication. They keep me posted on the status of the products I purchased and also the shipping updates.

Easy to order and received package quickly. Good selection to choose from, my only suggestion would be that there are more promotions that don't make you sign up for auto ship. I've noticed that fromm food is hardly ever included in the sales. I do enjoy ordering from you, everyone to s nice to deal with

I really like the wide variety that PetFlow has available, and the fact that they support humane and ethical products. The one problem I have with ordering from them is that they sometimes process and ship really slowly, but once I got ahead on my food deliveries it stopped being a problem. Overall, really good and trustworthy site.
