PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I like this site. My dog was recently put on a strict diet due to a serious illness. This site offers the best price on the canned food I now have to buy for him. However, I dislike that I can only get the deepest discount if I enroll in auto ship. I will continue to buy from them because it is the lowest price. However, I wish I didn't have to enroll in auto ship. I would prefer to be in charge of ordering the shipments. Also, one day soon my dog will be gone and it will be painful to have to cancel the auto ship.

After some initial confusion about a prescription order for canned dog food and whether or not it could be faxed to PetFlow, and a notification that my order was delivered when it had not, my correct order was delivered very quickly. The Customer Service representative could not have been nicer or more helpful. Now that I am aware of what is needed to order, I will definitely use PetFlow again.

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE DOG FOOD ORDER SO FAR FROMM PET FLOW AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. SO I AM OPTIMISTIC ! ! ! I WOULD LIKE TO JUST HAVE ONE WEBSITE FOR ALL MY DOG/PET NEEDS. PETSMART AND PETCO ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. TIME WILL TELL, BUT SO FAR I AM VERY PLEASED.

When my dog food order arrived, I was very surprised to see that I was shipped an open bag that was folded in half, and taped shut. I called to let Petflow know that I found that unacceptable. They will be shipping me another bag , so charge. I will use them again , as long as I don't receive a shipment like that.

Good service, but web site could be improved. For example, adding, changing, deleting items in autoship programs is not intuitive, and cancelling a program can't be done online without calling on the phone--entirely unnecessary.

I am pleased with the product and shipping speed, however please be more careful when packing cases of canned food into the same box with a bag of dry food. During shipping, the bag was busted by the cans and the dry food spilled out into the box and then out onto my floor when I opened the box.

Generally a very good website. Pages load quickly and there are no broken links. But what I've had the most trouble with is; once editing a shopping order, I have difficulty getting back to it. Yesterday I wanted to add some treats with my food order but, no-go. So the food is being sent without any treats. :( There seems to be glitches in editing an order and adding treats different than the treats that originally came with the order. Please give this are some love.

One of the best online shopping sites. Prices are good, shipping is fast, and I like their selection of products.
