Shipping was never on time.

Did not deliver on time and did not care that it was going to take three more days to re deliver.

I ordered food for my dog and called with a concern about delivery time as it was not stated how long it would take to arrive. I was told it would arrive on Saturday, which would have been great since a hurricane was due to hit Florida on that Monday and I wasn't sure I would have enough food to get through until stores were able to safely reopen. I called back because I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking info. The lady apologized and sent me the tracking info which stated arrival on Saturday. Well, Saturday came and went and no Food showed up. I had to scramble at the last minute and get another food that my dog doesn't usually eat. Didn't bother calling back because we had a lot of cleanup and damage from the storm. Package finally arrived Wednesday (4 days after expected). Had been ordering food from Chewy.com and never had an issue or waited more than 2 days for food but they discontinued the brand we use. Looks like I'll be switching food so I can go back!

Stop sending emails - way to many!!!!! Going to leave to go to another company if you keep sending them.

I didn't receive my order

on web the site had a code for a special - after putting in code saw the reduced price in cart but when checked out it was remove & only received an autoship discount which was much less. Shipping took way to long to receive goods - other competitors offer free shipping & 1-2 day delivery. Will cancel auto ship & not use your site anymore.

Poor selection and flimsy packaging. Non competitive prices too.
