I have used this service for several years, they pet food products arrive on time, packaging intact, and I love the that I do not have to think about purchasing pet food. My only challenge is trying to change products in my order. I was unable to figure it out and inadvertently made two orders. I called customer service they very simply combined the orders. Overall it was just an additional phone call and everything is smooth again

I've been ordering from Petflow for probably close to three years now and I am quite pleased. Their prices are competitive and they often have free shipping promos. I love their products. They are high quality brands. My dogs are on a strict hypoallergenic diet and they sell a lot of products that fall in line with what they can have (which mainly are the higher quality foods and treats that Petflow carries). I have the recurring food delivery set up and I find it very convenient and flexible. I can also just create orders easily for one-time purchases (where the free shipping promos come in handy). There were only a couple of times that shipping and timeliness became an issue, but even then, the customer service is really great. I would definitely recommend Petflow to pet owners and lovers, especially for those of us who are busy. Overall, great company, great products, and great customer service.

We ordered our cat food through here to keep from having to take a 2 hour round trip to get her food. She has digestive problems and needs a couple certain kinds. We were informed that it had shipped from a further warehouse and would be a couple days longer, No offer to change my mind, just that it was coming later. When I checked FedEx, it would say... by end of day 12/11/15, then it would change to pending, Next day... by end of day 12/12/15...then pending. We finally had to go buy her food, before it finally arrived. Disappointing transaction.

I love how easy it is for me to order and reorder my dogs food. My only complaint is that the bag now smaller and I still pay the same amount meaning that I have to reorder more frequently and spend more money.

My dog's food was considerably cheaper than at the pet store. It did take a while to ship, but next time I will order sooner. Great customer service too.

The only complaint I have is I have had small items shipped in with larger items, and things got ruined. A whole bag of treats was only crumbs because they shipped the small bag in with the heavy bags of dog food. Also they don't tape the lids on liquid items, and the caps come off and get all over the other products. I am not one to complain, but the last time this happened, I did, and they sent a whole new order right out with no explanation needed from me. PetFlow really tries to do the right thing, and I will continue to purchase from them.
