auto ship was a little misleading

I had problems with an order and Petflow told me they would give me a $10.00 discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience I assumed at my next purchase it would be deducted and it wasn't. I would have given a rating of 5 if this would not have happened.

The folks at Petflow initially rejected my order because it didn't match what our vet had when they checked. It was just an administrative error on my part but it showed me they were on top of things. Gives me comfort.

Easy fast delivery

I rely heavily on PetFlow for shipments of large bags of dog food, as I do not own a vehicle. Product selection is quite good, and the prices beat any of the local prices I have found for the same product. Shipping is always free with my order, as the large food bags I purchase are over $50. Promotional offers are frequent, and I have found good deals on smaller items - treats, toys, etc. - as well as food. I once received a bag of food with a hole in it, and a free replacement was shipped my way the next day. Customer service has been nothing but wonderful! My only complaint would be that shipping times seem to vary quite a bit - sometimes my order arrives within 4-5 days; other times it is more like 10 days between the time I place my order to when my food arrives.

Bought laser toy for my cats much better quality than the usual 5$ kind. Also bought Greenies as a healthy treat. Good selection.

The treats I bought for my kitten he absolutely loves!!! He devoures them so quickly. It did take a while to receive, but considering he holidays that would make sense.
