I was told by email that my order had arrived at 615 Main st Niag Falls NY so seeing that we live in a border city--Niag Falls Ont Canada we collect our mail just over the bridge in the Niag Falls USA. My hubby went there with the notice you folks sent us saying it had arrived and there was no sign of it anywhere. I was charged on my Pay-Pal for it but never received my order. I informed you folks right away and we even checked back again and it still wasn't found anywhere. I wonder what you people will do about this as I don't think I will be shopping with Pet-Flow any longer if this is whats going to happen--Mrs Linda Botbyl

WORST COMPANY EVER - We’ve tried them out for three months... EVERY time we go to re-order or its time for auto ship , theres at least a week hold up.... Why? The company PetFlow uses to check on RXs is ran by a bunch of morons....... My cat has the SAME RX as before.... no changes no nothing... So why EVERYTIME I order, they need to “verify” the RX....... This time, they apparently canceled my order, didn’t even bother to tell PetFlow OR me and two weeks went by and finally I contacted PetFlow and they told me that the RX company they hire just canceled everything.... without telling ANYONE... seriously?!?!?!? This system needs to change and stop being ran by a bunch of children!

our order won't be here for a solid WEEK. We live in a very rural area so depend on shipping. When we contacted Customer Service told us to make an over 2 hour Round trip to another town and get the dog food ourselves. We were 'offered' $10 which would not cover our time, let alone our gas. Extremely POOR Customer Service and delivery time was their fault for not stocking the warehouse in our area. Customer service was Insulting

The company manually changed my order and sent me a dog food I never ordered then made me go to fedex to return it. I had to lug 60 pounds of dog food to fedex only to find they didn't send me the correct number of labels. I had to lug 1 box back home because when I called they said they would send another label and never did. Horrible service.

PetFlow refused to work with me and all my orders have been cancelled. Very sad! Good store.

I got no notification that an Autoship was coming so I could cancel if needed. I am unable to cancel an Autoship online or remove them. You must call the company which is only open EST. Very inconvenient.

Any company that will let you create an order, be able to change the ship date of that order or future orders, change the quantity of that order or future orders but NOT let you cancel an order online without having to talk to them is unacceptable. You can not even delete your payment information because it is tied to a future order, which you need to cancel first.

Out of Stock, when I ordered was in stock, later that day wasn't
