Against the Grain tubs of food are my Bengal cats favorite food. I was happy to find it in stock on your site and it just arrived here. Takes about a week for delivery, so order early.

Good price, fast shipping and it's EASY!!!

Great price and has auto reorder without me having to do it. The shipping was not as expected. I got notice that it shipped on a Friday and would be delivered on Saturday, but it really wasn't shipped out until Monday. Had to run and get a small bag of food until it came.

I love the prices on the wet cat food, but the crunchy treats are more expensive than in the stores.

The convenience is wonderful, and having the dog food delivered to the door is such a convenience! The only complaint that I have is that you cannot cancel the auto ship on a product without talking to a customer service representative.

As far as the food, they are not less expensive than my local PS. (Understandable) Everything else, the prices are very reasonable. I will shop at PetFlow and my local PS. Shipping costs are fair and ship times are good. Overall a great option for pet supplies.

Updated on 1/14/2016 Changed 2 stars to 4 stars I decided to cancel my Auto Shipment due to another tear in the bag. The only way to cancel Auto Shipment is to call the support. It was through the call that I found out that 2nd bag was actually a replacement bag not a scheduled delivery. Great service support there. I was hesitant to give PetFlow one more shot because it was a mess to clean up, but the representative on the phone was really nice and sweet, so I decided to give it one more try. Initial review on 1/7/2016 Package came with a big hole in the box. Customer service did not comment on it. First time having a box came with a big hole in it (it was a bag of dog food). Order was shipped into 2 shipments and I wasn't informed. So I was frustrated that I got a broken bag and missing items. Contacted customer support. Customer support told me the order was indeed shipped in separate packages. But did not say anything about the broken bag. I tried to get the bag of food out as carefully as possible, but due to the tear, everything fell out from the bag. Now the food is just sitting in the box.
