YOu have sent me the wrong dog food twice. Still waiting to see if you get me the right dog food the third time.

The website was very difficult to place an order and then to receive two orders of the same thing. I should have only received one order.

After receiving far too many e-mails from PetFlow following a single order, I unsubscribed from their E-mail list using their website settings. The next day I receive this trustpilot e-mailI guess I don't they understand unsubscribe.

Stop emailing me. I have opted out many times.

I feed my furry friend diamond natural canned chicken dinner food plus diamond natural kibble for puppies I ordered the canned food from petflow and when I received my first order almost all the cans were dented so bad they could not be used I contacted c/s and they shipped out a replacement order and told me to keep the original order even though I could not use them when I received that shipment same thing all were dented so they refunded my cost and shipped me another order this time from new jersey and this one was better but not perfect 3 cans were dented pretty bad but I kept this order since I had a couple from the previous orders that made up the difference so a month later I reordered as I was running low and once again I received very badly dented cans so I contacted c/s and she told me she would contact the warehouse and tell them to personally inspect every can before placing it in the Box and she would also contact FedEx and tell them to be extra careful along with contacting upper management and letting them know about the situation so that way she would be sure that when I received this replacement order it would be perfect but unfortunately when I received this order once again almost every can was dented very badly so that was that last straw I will no longer order from petflow again I'm going to special order from a local store instead.

My dog got sick on the Fromm food. Very expensive.

Ordered Friday received Thursday the following week and they sent the wrong food. I will never ever use again
