Pet Flow uses Vet Sorce for prescriptive orders and they botched my order terribly. Buyer beware, I will NEVER try yo use them again. Dealing with Vet Sorce was a horrible experience. They contacted a different vet than the one I indicated in my order. One I have no relationship with and do not want a relationship with. And they refused to work with my vet because she has a mobile clinic. Yet, emailed me that my vet rejected the order due to no relationship. I've tried to file a complaint with Vet Source, but no response.

Still not receiving my order, even when I sent the prescription

Several of the cans in my delivery were damaged, some even punctured. I tried to login to my account to let someone know, but couldn't. Next I sent a text but never received a reply. After a few days, I finally called and the PetFlow associate I got told me that the photo of the box I received showed there was no damage and insisted that I would have to take photos of the damaged product and email them in order for my complaint to be "looked into." Since I don't know how to email photos, I guess I'm supposed to just eat it. Boo! I'm very disappointed! This was expensive cat food. I won't be ordering from PetFlow again.

I ordered my products 2 weeks ago and still have not received!! Where’s my stuff???????

Terrible experience. The order never got delivered after more than 2 weeks of waiting and being told it would ship “the next day”. Very disappointing since I have ordered my cat RX food there before with no issues. Never again

Find a better way to ship your dog food. I've waited since January 8th for Fromm Puppy Gold that was shipped and never arrived. I quit ordering from you after 8 years because of the shipping problem and came back. And now the same thing again. I have a kennel and cannot order food that I am not sure will even arrive. Will find anothe food from Chewy that I know will arrive

The order has taken too long. I ordered two weeks ago and I still have not received the food. I had to order from somewhere else .

Horrible they make you believe they have your pet’s food for weeks then they cancel
