If just ask that you make it a bit more obvious when a coupon expires. It seems that it's not consistent.

I originally wanted to make 2 orders but company only had 1 in stock. Agent was nice enough to offer free shipping for inconvenience & gave discount price. Received email a couple days later that order will be delayed a few more days due to product not in stock when it was before. Luckily there was no rush so I appreciate the email explaining delay.

Love the products and the service! I'll be a customer. But I'm getting way too many emails from Petflow now! I unsubscribe, but it pops up again like a different "subject". It's not just Petflow; I wish online sites would not bombard with ads/offers after orders. Although there are "unsubscribe" options, it's like whack-a-mole. The annoying thing is that companies are able to put me on an email list very quickly, but seem unable to remove me in a timely manner. Other than that, yay Petflow! Thanks for letting me rant!

So far all of the food I have order has been delivered in great shape and in a reasonable amount of time. The only negative part of the experience is the emails,sometime twice a day, asking me to provide feedback. If it weren't for this I would have given 5 stars.

They have pretty good customer service and it's nice being able to get great dog food online. The subscription service is nice, but to get deals for subscribing to food, you have to watch and subscribe to their ads and find the deals that apply. Eh, not a huge deal, but I'd rather not sift through junk email.
