Everything went great with my order. Except the prices are extremely high compared to other pet food stores. We are a 501c3 animal shelter and can't afford to spend more money than necessary.

Good site, good service, decent prices, what else can I say. Never had a problem.

I enjoy shopping for my pets food and supplies on line. If I time it right we save 10-20% on bagged food. What I do not like is that it arrives in one heavy box. the delivery guy leaves it by my gate, box usually breaks by the time it get to the back door.. Either use 2 boxes or provide s stronger boxes.

I love being able to have all my pet food delivered. I'm not crazy about the auto fill orders. I'd rather place the order for what I want, when I want it!

I have had excellent service when I have found it necessary to contact your representatives. However, your website most often is not working. I often find it is not worth pursuing a product when your website will not bring up the next screen. Your people are always pleasant and helpful.... if only your website worked better.

Customer Service was very helpful the time I had an issue.

I placed an order for wet dog food after deciding that our basset needed to lose some weight. The PetFlow prices were good so I placed an order for 3 cases of canned food. Maybe it was the wrong time of the year to place an order, but the delivery took a long time to get here. I contacted customer service and asked what was up. I received a promt response telling me they were on it, but that was all. Product was finally delivered about 14 days after I ordered. Since this was my first order, I didn't consider this to be too good of an experience. Product is good, no other complaints.
