All good service, but the only way to beat the cost of Petsmart on my Dog Food (Blue Buffalo) is to wait for a free shipping, 20% off email coupon and buy the 2 bag at a time special pricing. Otherwise it's not worth it. They offer 30% off auto-ship, but then the next auto ship order ships with no discount making it way too expensive. If they would offer the 30 % off and that applies each time it auto ships, I would sign up for that and get all my pet supplies from them.

Easy ordering online and deliver ordered products in a timely manner. Very friendly staff when using "Chat" and they seem very lnowledgeable.

Your service is amazing. I can order and within 3 days, there it is at my back door. I especially like finding my brand on sale.

the shipping is so fast and reliable, I recommend this site to many friends! However, I will say that I used a code for a Rottweiler mountain dog shirt and it was weird because they never asked for a size or follow-up, and I didn't receive. I thought they looked so cool!

Should have free shipping without having automatic same order each time.

Happy with the price and speed of shipping, but some cans of food I received in each flat were dented. It would be great if they could control the quality of shipping a bit more, since it's likely - at least I hope - that the cans were not dented before being packed to ship.
