I like petflow..They are quick to deliver the product..Wish they had more low fat treats made in usa.

I ordered 4 cases of cat food - box that arrived was very heavy. About 10% of the cans were heavily dented because there wasn't enough insulation for protection. Still usable. Otherwise, vendor's order process was easy, prices were decent, and service was prompt.

Delivery was fast to upstate NY. Prices are ok. Seamless transaction.

,,,But the "change order" process should be easier to do on-line instead of necessitating a phone call to your very nice representatives.

PetFlow almost always has very competitive prices when compared to other online sites and is generally lower than the brick and mortar stores. Shipping is always fast and on time, the only complaint I have is they could pack can items a little better as sometimes some come dented, although that does seem to be getting better the past several months. That is the only reason they don't get five stars.

I love that I can order food for my cat that I can't find in any store locally. She is finicky and I love that I can continue to feed her what she loves.

I got what I ordered with lightening speed, which was great. But PetFlow...are you listening? You guys send WAY too many emails. I haven't yet hit "unsubscribe" because I may want to use your serve again, but three - four emails a day? I think "unsubscribe" will be a part of my future. No one wants that hard a sell.

I think the shipping department should be more careful when packing the cans. I would not pick a dented can from a store shelf,
