Pet Flow sent me the wrong dog food, they even accepted blame for the accident. They told me as soon as I sent it back, they would send what I had ordered. I explained I had just got out of the hospital and had no box, no tape, no nothing and I needed the dog food I ordered, They said nope, only when you send the food back. No problem, I called my credit card company said no charges from Pet Flow and now get my dog food directly from Fromm. I could not believe how nasty customer service was and even the supervisor. What a shame that Chewy.com can't sell Fromm.

Didn't receive my package. When I called customer service rep was rude and short with me.

Shipment arrived later than originally promised; the bag of dog food had a hole in it even though the shipping box was not damaged; paid via PayPal and amount of purchase did not match the amount charged to PayPal

Such a disappointment. Sent food to an elderly woman and her older sick dog and they sent wet cat food instead of the Merrick canned food, which isn't cheap. Now they can't get it to her until some time next week. I've been with chewy for years and never once have I received an bad order. QA needs to happen. Who mistakes dog food for cat food. Sad part is the dog is very sick and dying and I am not close enough to get the needed food to her. Never again. This is my third order with them...chewy, ordered hundreds of dollars monthly for seven years and never one wrong delivery.

One star because it took 5 days for delivery ,other website that I order from takes1 or 2 days.

Getting automatically placed back on your advertisement spam lists every time our automatic order is processed, and having to unsubscribe every time, which for some reason takes days to get removed from while the adding to is immediate, has sullied an otherwise very good experience. We have been ordering here for years starting back when the local shop stopped selling the brand we prefer, but if we can find it locally we will no longer do business with petflow.

I have not yet received my order but they sent me 10 emails in this last week ... not one mentioning where my order is.

Box with two 30 lb bags left next to road in mud with no plastic bag. When I called customer service they said it was the transport, not their problem. How about called your contractor and telling them it's unacceptable? That would have been sufficient for me. Won't use this company again.
