Fresh High Quaility Food With Great Prices
The only reason I gave only 4 stars is because of the shipping experience. When I ordered I really needed the dogfood to be delivered in the 2 days I was told it would take. Im currently fostering 10 dogs, most of them are with severe health problems, I do usually end up keeping them because of their medical issues. I knew I would be out of food in less than 3 days so when I ordered it I was told 2 days. When I tried tracking the delivery I was told the day I needed it by, until that day came and went then I had no updates for delivery until 3 days after original delivery date. I finally received the food 5 days after I ordered. I understand there was a holiday so I tried not to be upset. My pups had no dog food for 3 days. Of coarse I did compensate but I hate having to give them any ole dogfood. I keep them on the best quaility food that i can afford for as many dogs I have. I do need food every 12 days for them. I did set up auto delivery hoping that it will get here before I will need it. Having auto delivery saves me the time of traveling many miles for their food. I do live in a rural area, boonies as some say, but I am hoping for the best. I haven't given up on Pet Flow. I really could use the piece of mind knowing their dogfood will be here before I run out. I'm not totally discouraged, willing to see how it goes for the next delivery. Other than that I was very happy that their food was fresh, expiration date was another year later, those details are very important to their health. Let's give it another try and if the divert comes in its promised time I will keep auto delivery, maybe even more times a month.
