I have 3 emails from Petflow on at least 3 days in one week. Plus the other days with one or two. I like your service but this is just too much. When I need something I go to your site... I am not going to unsubscribe because you do have good deals on items I want but, just wish I didn't get go many emails. /b

I was able to get better prices for quality food. Good customer service and appreciate the large size of my order and gave me a pretty good discount. Fast delivery. No problems yet.

We have a special dog with special diet needs. Special food mean Special high price. Our local Pet store was drilling us for about $24+ more than Pet Flow delivered it to my door for. Although the customer service order taker as a little stiff with his almost pure business only sounding communications style. The whole order process only took less than 4 minutes and arrived 4 days later. THE 1 MAJOR ISSUE - EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS The only issue I have with Pet Flow is the MEGA-Amount of followup emails since my initial order. I just counted, I still have 21 emails in my INBOX since 4-20-16. (11 days) when I placed my initial and only order to date. Mind you I have deleted a few also. The PetFlow UNSUBSCRIBE Link is NOT a direct unsubscribe like almost ALL other Internet Business sites use. In fact logging in I cannot easily find a Unsubscribe link either. I thought about adding a bogus address like (FILTERED) , but decided against. I plan to call and have my email and account removed if it continues.

I was lured in by a 20% off my first order deal, and my purchase of required dog food at that time was a bit over the minimum for free shipping. That was great! I love the convenience of home delivery and auto ship, and the prices are comparable to store prices. The only drawback is, of course the (necessary?) evil, shipping, and the minimum purchase to receive free shipping. Currently, my dog food purchase usually falls under the minimum requirements, making paying for shipping additionally, higher than just going out to buy it myself. I have received emails boasting 10, 15, 25 percent off my purchase, but sadly, you also RAISE the minimum purchase to compensate. That makes my purchase unable to qualify for any "sales"-- my budget won't allow for additional purchases, making my budget irrelevant if I have to purchase more to receive the "sale". Which is what you want, I know. I guess I may have to check out Amazon since I am a PRIME member and qualify for free shipping. If that gives you the membership idea, it has to be very reasonable, and budget friendly for people to see the value. Alternately, FREE Shipping all the time (or with a VERY MINIMAL $20 purchase) without raising your prices on products would be perfect and draw many customers your way for the long term.

Good prices on auto-delivery food. Fast and free shipping. High prices on some prescription meds. (Previcox)
