Horrible Customer Service! Ordered on a Wednesday and my order was over $49 which qualified for free shipping and after a week I still haven't received my order.Called Customer Service multiple times and continued to get a run around. I had to go buy food locally in between because my food didn't come in on time. All they offered me the whole time was a $10 credit. The last time I called customer service even caught an attitude with me. Needless to say I never received the food and am currently waiting for my credit. I've dealt with competitors and received much better customer service than this. Would not recommend this company at all!

Horrible customer service!!! They make too many statements and lie about shipping dates! Just be careful when you're having issues, if happened to use a mobile device and try to call, and or place your order with one of their representatives. Chances are they may mislead you!

When I ordered my dogs food I was under the impression that it would be delivered in a reasonable amount of time, 4 days tops. It took 2 weeks to receive it. I won’t order from here again. That’s not acceptable.

Product way too over priced. Paid for 28 wipes what I got on over site for 100 wipes.

I would rate less if I could. My dog wa sprecdibed a food trial for 21 days and everyone was sold out of the food. I was about to purchase the food on this site- but don’t worry it apparently was also sold out they just don’t tell you that. There has been no communication on what is going on with the food and I’ve irrinicallg already been asked to review the food I have yet to receive. I called and was told it would be back in stock on Thursday and they would send me the tracking info- it’s Saturday and still nothing. I ordered the food over a week ago. My dog has now run out of his other food and I will have to buy him another bag of food at a local store that will be a waste once he receives this food. I could have waited and purchased from another site by now had I known they also were out of stock. I will never purchase from this company again.

If you live in an apartment, absolutely do not order from petflow. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get them to authorize FedEx to leave my package at the door. I have been trying to get my order for a week and a half now and it's still somewhere in shipping limbo, in the meantime my cats are without food and litter. I ignored the poor reviews on their shipping thinking I'd give them a chance and boy what a mistake. When I complained, I was offered a pitiful $10 credit for my $80 order. Unacceptable service, absolutely will never be ordering from them again.

Data breech?? Where was the notification from your company???

Requested a cancellation of future orders on autoship (which you can't do on their website, they require you call them). Instead they recalled my in progress shipment. Had to dispute charge on my credit card as well as they did not refund the price of the shipment when they recalled it. Will stick with Chewy.com for now.
