I get email combination from Petflow. Then Norton protection email. Then Salesforce email. Then these stupid surveys from TrustPilot. ^^^ EACH purchase I make. This is new on your end and STUPID. Fix it.

Despite multiple opt out attempts and unsubscibes, this site continues to spam my inbox. Trust at your own discretion.

I am done with Petflow. They have used my credit card without my permission. My items used to arrive opened or damaged. If you want to talk to upper management they don't call you back. Supervisors have no idea of what representatives are doing and they have no idea of what the warehouse is doing or rather not doing. Just all around terrible company with a bunch of morons working there.

Unable to use promotional offers for adults living in the same household (roommates, family).

The shopping experience itself was just fine, but after daily emails since then, I have unsubscribed; yet, I STILL have the daily emails junking up my inbox! I will not buy from PetFlow again because of this!

Don’t waste your time. You won’t get the dog food here. They will cancel your order anyway.

Tried cancelling my auto-ship subscription a year ago but PetFlow doesn't let you cancel without calling to speak with someone. Called the number they gave me and nobody answered so I left a message asking them to please cancel my subscription. All I could do was space the shipments out as far as possible since I could not get in touch with anyone to cancel... Very displeased
