Every order comes in exactly as advertised. I do think they send out too many emails.

Although a little confusing putting in all the information for the computer to generate a medical history of each of your pets, there was support and help and willingness to see you through t complete all the required information.

Got what I needed very quickly right to my door

I have been ordering from petflow for a couple years. They have competitive prices and have quick shipping. I can not recall ever having a problem. I would recommend.

Too many times I receive coupon codes that state site wide and then they don't work on the brand I buy. Aside from that love the site and the food delivered to my door.

Pros: decent delivery speed (4 days avg), customer service Cons: items out of stock often, need to call to cancel auto-ship (too time consuming)

Placing order was fine - online. I think the shipping time was too long.

This was a seamless transaction, but I do wish they accepted Paypal pay later option. I also would like to see them offer half cases or single cans of dog food for sale like some of their competitors do. I had to stop purchasing from another company, because some of the cans were dented. So far, I have not had this experience with this company.
