I ordered two cases of Blue Buffalo Dog food. It was on the truck for at least 7 or more days and arrived in 100 degree heat. Truck was prob. 130 degrees for more. My Maltese dogs will not eat this as it smells bad and the consistency is changed. I realize this not your fault as the weather is uncontrollable. I will not order any more canned dog food as the shipping distance is just too great thereby the food can become spoiled. As a senior citizen I cannot afford to make this kind of mistake.

I duped an order and felt someone should have gotten back to me to verify. Not gnat I won't use the product abd not that it wasn't my fault. Think I'll buy at Petco next time around. Other than that, everything was fine.

I had an issue with the packaging of an recent order. I fully explained the problem in my review. Lo and behold, I received a call a few days later from the customer service department. They were very apologetic, offered to replace my order with new items or give me a credit on my next order. Since the product is most likely useful (even though the box was smashed and everything strewn about the envelope), I agreed to a credit on my account. I appreciate the desire to satisfy the customer, and I will try the one more time!

I've had some ongoing issues with out of date product, or close to out of date product being sent. My most recent order contained a case of canned dog food (EVO) that was within weeks of its "best if used by date". I have one dog and this case will last 6 months meaning that long before I've used it, its expired. There were 2 other cases of other EVO cans that had expiration dates a year plus away. In Petflow's favor, they sent out a "newer" case at no charge (I donated the older case to a neighborhood shelter) but even this replacement case only extended the expiration date by a month or two over the first one. These are all autoship orders that Petflow is aware of well in advance and they know the frequency, so it baffles me why they can't send out fresher product. But, as I said, to their credit once informed of the issue they, at least attempted, to resolve it.

When they have their 20% off sales, the price of the product is considerably higher. I have been checking prices each month when I get ready to buy my monthly supply of dry dog food. 20% off of what?

I buy Acana dog food and all coupons and promos don't apply to my orders. I am looking else where. Never fails......I start to use something and price goes up!

I order the prescription cat hills food. Although I have ordered 3 times before, and have a 99 x refill from my vet, I had to make 3 calls to help me navigate to place the order. I spent almost 1 hour on the calls, being on hold,etc. The order persons were helpful; it was your rediculous website process confusion. I order frequently on amazon, eBay, etc. with no difficulty. After order is finally placed, I get the order very fast, never any other problem.
