It is a shame that Fromm Dry or Wet does not except any coupons off their product.

Waaay too slow and difficult to reorder script dog food again. Lost my business. Reminds me of the RMV approach to customer satisfaction.

They have great products, great prices and fast shipping BUT THEY WILL NOT STOP SPAMMING ME. I've unsubscribed more than once...... So I'll have to buy pet food elsewhere now. Its a shame given how awesome they are in all other aspects.

Horrible Customer Service. Prices are too high for the food I use. I now buy from a local pet store for a lower price than you sell it for and help support the local Community at the same time. I will never use petflow again.

waited 6 months for a product to be once again available, but never notified that it was. I was on "auto ship for this product. I happen to call after checking the website after using Chewy for my monthly shipments. I ordered two ships and....In placing a 3rd found the price to be substantially higher. WOW. REP offered a coupon so I kept the order but will rethink my replacing and advising friends to use petflow.

Delivery from NJ warehouse to me in NJ took two days. I received an e mail confirming one day delivery. This is unacceptable and we switched to another company.

The company is so bad that cannot get a shipping address correct. They just to lazy to do their. They tried to tell me Felix doesn't ship out of country to Angle Inlet, MN. The key word here is Minnesota. Just too lazy to do their jobs. Oh by the way Fedix and UPS have been shipping here for last ten years. Found another company.
