Good customer service! Web site is not the greatest!

I have had great experiences using Petflow to get food for my dogs.

I couldn't believe how quickly the goods I ordered were delivered!

I love that I have been able to set up my dogs food to be delivered so we never run ou,t and it has became one less thing I have to remember to do. Prices are the cheapest I have been able to fiind. I only wish there were some more options for antler chews. I still use another service for that. Other than that I plan on using pet flow for a long time, and telling friends how to spoil their pets and save some money.

The purchase process and delivery were fine, but the Wellness Protein Bars were stale and hard. I always get these for Coco and this is the first time they came as hard as they are. Would not order these from PetFlow again. Would order other things.

Great prices on quality products. My only complaint is on their packaging. Could use shipping envolopes instead of boxes on smaller products.

My only issue with PetFlow so far is the quality of some of the cans of food I've received. I have thrown away many cans of Tiki Cat because they are discolored with I open them. I'm not feeding any of my babies grey food. Aside from that, I think their service is great and I like the selection of high quality food available.

Prompt responses to emails and questions. Fast shipping. I like the auto ship feature and that you can change the dates and edit products. The only thing I don't like is that you can't cancel any of your auto ship orders online. You have to call customer service to do that.
