Package arrived in mail box flattened. Most of the packets were unusable. Will never use your site again. Ship in boxes!

I ordered the 12” bully sticks from this company because my dogs will only eat them if they “smell good”. The packs of 12 I have been ordering only get 1/2 eaten because they lose their smell. The sticks I ordered came WITHOUT wrap. Yeah, that’s really gonna keep them smelling good. 😩😩😩😩

I ordered the Hills R & D cat food on 7-6-18 and I still do not have it on 7-21-18. That is 15 days. You would think I would need this food before they starve. If you guy's cannot get your act together better than this then I do not need you.

The prescription process is awful. It takes at least a week or two for the company to receive the prescription before the order can be shipped. The company ask for a new prescription every time we change from dry to wet food, changing the size of dry food bags you order and changing flavors of food. This was all the same prescription food/name. I will never ever order from this company again and will never recommend to anyone.

They are nice when you talk to them on the phone, but the website is very in adequate difficult to maneuver, very hard to manage your AutoShip hours to call them is very limited, unfortunately very difficult company to work with

I've gotten SO MANY E-MAILS since I ordered from petflow. I've unsubscribed to 3 different lists and still get daily e-mails. I will never order from Petflow again.

Will never buy dog food from here again. Both times, my delivery says it is suppose to come 1 day and then keeps getting pushed for no explanation.

The customer service reps are great, but . . . The boxes product is shipped in are terrible. When you pay $85 for a 25 lb. bag of dog food, you EXPECT it to arrive properly packaged, in a sturdy box. When yo pay $6.99 for a dog treat stick, you expect the sticks to come in a box, not a padded envelope that the sticks have torn through and are hanging out of. Seriously considering changing dog food brands to another high quality food so I can go back to ordering from Chewy where your product arrives in perfect condition.
