Easy to order and receive the dog food I wanted.

Love the products. Shipping is a little slow. Always takes 7 days regardless of expected delivery date.

I've ordered from PetFlow for some time now. I have three indoor cats and order all their food and supplies online. I've only contacted them by phone a few times, and each experience was good. I'd always shop with PetFlow, but sometimes after ordering I'll get an email that something I ordered was out of stock or had to be obtained from a warehouse back east and my whole order would be delayed. To be honest, there's another online pet supply company who also offers good customer service and their orders usually arrive within a couple of days of placing the order. So, I've been splitting up my business lately between this company and PetFlow. But, that's the only negative I've experienced with PetFlow. I've never understood why just the item out of stock or needing to be shipped from far away was just held up and the rest of the order sent quickly...

decent service, good price and all arrived in good condition

I was happy with my experience and my order arrived in good time and in good condition. I did not like that two large boxes of food came in the same box, which made it too heavy for me to carry and the box had started to come open.

Appreciate the opportunity to have food automatically delivered and the free shipment. We needed to cancel due to vacation plans, should have been able to do that via website without having to phone. Overall good experience.

The prices are the best I've found. Would like the free shipping to be offered for orders over $50 instead of $75.
