The box that food was packed in was crushed in but not broken. When I opened the food bag it was full of broken food & crumbs of food.

I was happy with how fast package was delivered and the layout of the website. Prices were reasonable and there were a lot of product offerings. I wasn't shipped the right product and had to call customer service several times before getting through to someone (I hung up after 5-8 min of being on hold each time). I was shipped wrong product for a second time, and it turned out to be an issue with the warehouse labeling/coding. Customer service rep was very nice and accommodating each time.

Actually I shop only your door busters & the sale promo codes. I find that your SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICES ARE ** BOGUS ** Over stated in the price value by double. I have read other reviews on Face book . many of us find reg pricing ** fake ** to make your sale price look good. The oz on items is v e r y low. I went to Wall greens ( jerky for pets 50% off cost $5 on sale oz 16 oz .. Ya .. You are more like 2.5 oz on most of your pet treats bags .. better get with the program. Pet Smart 50% off lots this weekend. & we can use a manufactures coupon on top of the sale 7 get 55 cash back off sale. Soooooooooooooo 2.5 oz is NOT going to get it at $2.99 . get the point ? Many on FACE BOOK AGREE WITH ME. I DO ADVERTIZE FOR YOU = I have for 4 months ... NEVER got a $10 gift card !!! What 800 friends on FACE BOOK 60% or more have a pet ... I adv 3 time a day .. PetFlow .. every day .. & NO ONE ever signed up ??? Ya right ! Jeannie

I placed an order which apparently needed a script. I gave the info so PetFlow could contact the Vet. I received an email that you couldn't reach my Vet and to have the Vet call or email. My Vet said he doesn't do that. I assumed that without a script the food couldn't be sent so I bought the dog food I needed directly from him. Low and behold out of the blue, without any communication beforehand, I receive the order. I got an email AFTER it was delivered that it was on its way, so obviously I couldn't stop the order. Now I've spent a fortune on dog food that I won't probably be able to use before my dog dies of its disease.

I had a question about trying petflow for our dog food, I sent a question via the support email. I got my question answered very quickly. That was good. After I placed an order on 8/17/14 I had another question about the shipping fee, still haven't heard back on that.. And it is 8/29/14 today. Hmmm ...

When shopping recently after my initial purchase, I found some good prices, but they were apparently out of what I tried to order... I should think they would remove items they are out of from the web page, to avoid confusion and frustration... If they have what you're looking for, the chances are the price will be fair to good!

E-mail too many offers and products are not really anything special, I can get at the same cost at my local pet store.

The ease of ordering online is incredibly helpful as I have been house-bound for several months so it was a treat to be able to get my pet food and treats easily and quickly. THANK YOU!!
